Everyday in elections branch, a new will arise in a day and needs to acted upon immediately. examples include all the june roll close supplementary elections as each council would send an email informing us of a vacancy. we would then need to begin actioning numerous things including cost estimate to run election, drafting memos for roll close, timetable and DRO appointments, informing LG council on what to do etc which all needed to be completed in a small time frame
