At home, people deal with small problems every day that can be fixed with better products. In the bedroom and living room, some people forget to charge their phones or don't have good lighting at night. A bedside light with wireless charging could help. Other people don’t have enough space, so things like under-bed storage, sofa trays, or fold-out desks could make the room more useful. In the bathroom, slipping can be a big problem, so anti-slip mats are a good idea. Kids might not brush their teeth properly, so a toothbrush timer could help. Touching soap can spread germs, so an automatic soap dispenser is more hygienic. Older people or people with disabilities might find it hard to move around or remember things. A grabber tool, walking stick with a seat, raised toilet, or medicine reminder could help them a lot. Families with small kids might have toy messes, sharp corners, or problems heating up milk. Products like storage benches, corner protectors, or bottle warmers make life safer and easier. In the kitchen, people might find it hard to open jars or keep things clean. A jar opener, smart air fryer, chopping board with a bin, or spice rack could help. Smart home stuff like plugs, lights, doorbell cameras, or heating controls makes the house safer and saves energy. These are all real problems, and I want to design something to help with one of them.
