IDMP (YR11 Radio Station)
About us
Theme/House Style – Colours:
I chose Navy Blue, White, and Light Grey because they look clean and professional. Blue builds trust, white gives clarity, and grey adds balance.

A light grey background with subtle texture. It keeps the content readable while adding a bit of depth.
Text – Font Style:
I picked Montserrat for headings and Open Sans for body text because they’re modern, easy to read, and consistent with professional websites.

Mainly dark grey text on light backgrounds for readability. Headings in navy blue for emphasis.

schedule
Theme/House Style – Colours:
Keeping with the overall theme: Navy Blue, White, Light Grey. Consistent branding.
Background:
Light background so the schedule is easy to read, possibly a subtle grid or lines.
Text – Font Style:
Use the same fonts: Montserrat for show titles, Open Sans for show descriptions and times.
Font Colour:
Navy blue for show names, grey for times and descriptions to create visual hierarchy.
Assets – Images/Videos:
Icons or headshots next to show names (e.g., DJ photo, topic symbol like a music note or mic).
Context of the Section:
This is where listeners can find out when their favourite shows are on. I want it to look like a clean, clear timetable or weekly planner, possibly interactive if the site supports it.
Our music
Theme/House Style – Colours:
Same as the rest of the site to stay consistent and professional.
Background:
Possibly darker (like a black or dark grey music player look), with light text for contrast.
Text – Font Style:
Same as the rest of the site. Use bold fonts for genre names and lighter text for descriptions.
Font Colour:
White text on dark background for a music-streaming feel. Use navy or bright accent for headings.
Assets
Images/Videos:
Album cover images
Embedded music clips (or mockups of them)
Possibly a video explaining music choices or a DJ’s pick of the week.
Context of the Section:
This section introduces the genres we play, like pop, hip hop, R&B, indie, etc. I also want to show that the station supports young artists and takes song requests, so it's interactive.
