Appointments
Prerequisites:
Art. 3: Complete documentation → condition for eligibility.
Art. 8: Selection among applicants from the school region.
Requirements for regional director:
10 years of teaching.
University degree.
List of 3-5 candidates via regional education board.
Transfers
Requirements to Request a Transfer
Permanent appointment.
Not be on leave (except for pregnancy or management duties).
Not having been transferred the previous year.
Types of Transfer
Due to low enrollment.
By mutual consent.
By sanction.
Regular transfer.
Permanency
Types of Appointment
Probative:
Duration: 2 years.
If it is satisfactory → it becomes permanent.
Permanent:
After probationary period.
Or after working as an interim and occupying a permanent position for 1 year.
Interim:
Temporary
It can last more than a year.
