Public health concerns about teen alcohol use are growing, especially since adolescence is a crucial period for social learning, emotional stability, and brain development. Alcohol could interfere with growth and make people more likely to take risks. Since alcohol can affect sleep, hunger, and emotional regulation, all of which have an impact on eating patterns and overall health, the problem also has a close connection to nutrition. The purpose of this study was to look into how teenagers view alcohol, what motivates them to drink it, and what the potential long-term effects on both individuals and communities would be.
