Form
Singular: a/an + noun → a cat, an apple
Plural: noun + s/es → cats, apples
Quantifiers You Can Use
many, a few, several, some, a couple of
numbers: one, two, three...
Definition
Nouns you can count individually (1, 2, 3...).
Examples:
A pencil / Three pencils
An egg / Six eggs
A chair / A few chairs

Expressions with Uncountables
We use measurement expressions:
a bottle of water
a piece of cake
a slice of pizza
a loaf of bread
a bit of advice
a glass of juice
a jar of honey
a bowl of rice
These make uncountables countable!

Light:

Common Mistakes
I have many money → I have much money
He gave me an advice → He gave me some advice or a piece of advice
