They can share the app with individual users, security groups, or all users in the organization.

        Important
        Dataverse for Teams users don’t get access to desktop flows by default. You need to upgrade your environment to full Dataverse capabilities and acquire Desktop flow license plans in order to use desktop flows.

        For license management, the Microsoft 365 admin center is used to disable users or remove licenses.
        Note: removing a user from security roles does not remove their license.

        Dataverse storage capacity is divided into three types: Database (for table data), Log (for audit and trace logs), and File (for stored files and images).
        Your tenant starts with a base amount of storage for each type, which increases with the number of user licenses you have. You can also purchase more capacity as needed.
        
        Capacity Reporting
        In the Power Platform admin center, capacity usage is broken down across five tabs:
        
        • Summary: An overall view of your tenant's total storage capacity and usage by source.
        • Dataverse: A detailed breakdown of storage consumption by each individual environment with there dataverses.
        • Microsoft Teams: Shows the capacity being used specifically by Dataverse for Teams environments.
        • Add-ons: A summary of any extra capacity add-ons your organization has purchased.
        • Trial: Shows the capacity being used by your trial environments

        In the Power Platform admin center, under an environment's Access settings, you can manage core security:
        
        • Security Roles: Customize predefined roles or create new ones to define what users can see and do.
        
        • Teams: Assign security permissions to groups of users.
        
        • Users: Add users to the environment and assign their security roles.
        
        • S2S (Server-to-Server) Apps: Connect external web applications to Dataverse securely

        A special type of security role can be assigned to the team to grant "member's privilege inheritance."
        This special role gives team members personal user-level permissions, allowing them to own their own records without needing a second, individual security role.

        create one powerful security role with both team-level and personal-level permissions and check the "inheritance" box then assign this single role only to the Sales Team.
        As a result, every team member automatically gets both sets of privileges: the power to work on team-owned records and the personal power to create and own their own records, all without needing a second security role.
- - - - Step 3: add users to the environment.
        
        To add a user, one must sign in to Power Apps, access the Admin center, select an environment, and use the Access pane to add a user by entering their name or email. After adding a user, security roles can be assigned in the Manage security roles popup.
        It’s important to select roles that align with the user’s responsibilities, noting that certain roles may need to be deselected based on other selections. ex: how you might need to deselect Environment maker if you have Basic User selected.
