What is the difference between fact and opinion?
fact: true, real life information, backed with evidence
opinion: can vary by person to person, not true or false, but how someone feels about something

With what evidence?
used to judge information by asking yourself these questions and consider the validity of each question to determine whether the information is credible or not
What is the best way to teach 21st century skills? As a course? As a foundational element of a topical assignment? Separate? Integrated? Embedded?
I think it depends on how the learners learn
It can be taught in all of those various ways, but the most effective is going to be what works best for the learner
I believe that learning skills is best through understanding and then performing to make sure that the understanding is concrete and then continuing to practice that skill throughout their life so that they do not lose it
What is a Personal Learning Environment? How can it be taught to both adults and young people?
Personal Learning Environment are the resources that one has access to learn or study a certain topic
What are makerspaces? What is a maker?
Makerspaces are spaces with tools and resources for people to create
examples: wood shop, 3d printers, recording studio, sewing machines
a maker is anyone who creates
What is the difference between learning to make and making to learn? Learning to read vs. reading to learn?
Learning to Make - learning how to make something
Making to Learn - creating to learn something
Learning to Read - someone who is learning how to read
Reading to Learn - someone who is reading something to learn something
Learning to ... - they are learning to how to do something
... to Learn - they are doing something they already know how to do, in order to learn something new
