Product idea- When adopting an animal, you can receive an animal pack, e.g. if its for a cat you could receive a toy, hairbrush, collar etc., helping you care for the animal.
When signing up as a donor you could receive a thank you pack with promotional material, e.g. mugs, water bottles, pen, etc.
