The issue
If God is omniscient and knows everything, that seems to include future human actions, then how can it be assumed that we have free will? And then if we do lack free will, how can an omnibenevolent God punish us for our actions?
Swinburne
An eternal God would be a 'lifeless' thing which we couldn't have a loving relationship with. So, he claims God is everlasting within time.
More self limitation to preserve free will, God could know our actions if he wanted to, but chooses to limit his knowledge of the future to only that which is physically determined, so God has no idea what is happening next
The Bible involves God knowing our future actions (Judas betraying Jesus) + being in time limits omnipotence
