        I will consider the objection that in most cases the agent is not able to weigh, in that given moment, the set of available options.
        
        e.g 2 - where sex is unwated but voluntary - there was no verbal coercion per se, but more of a persuasion that resulted in valid consent
        
        Given such conditions, what if in cases that we confront an agent whose actions do not accurately reflect their strongest desire? - is this verbal coercion that invalidates consent?

        Therefore, there is a need to ameliorate the concept of consent in sex.
