Conscientia describes the entire process of the conscience, where we then apply the precepts to moral actions/situations and figure out what we should do. This is how we gain secondary precepts
Conscience is the process of conscientia + synderesis combined. Consicence is how we obtain Telos. Our guilt is how our conscience witnesses binds and torments us for our bad decisions
