Top down vs bottom up
Top down- client's overall participation in life roles and routine, explores occupational identity, competence, and adaptation
Bottom up- Focuses on individual performance components (e.g. motor, cognitive, sensory skills) that may affect function, identifies impairments at a micro level
OT- integrates both, MOHO- top down occupation first perspective
