Reformed Blueprint for the kingdom of fools
A person cannot be executed without proper evidence against his crimes.
This is because an innocent person should never be punished, unlike in the story where the king wants to execute the disciple for no reason as the merchant was too thin.
Everyone must be treated fairly and should only be punished if they are at fault.
In the story, the merchant is punished even though the robbery was at his place and so, he was the victim. The king was willing to punish the maker of the wall or an innocent dancer for no reason
The king should have an advisory council to advise him in case he has bad judgement
The responsibilities of the council members should be divided. One can head the army, one can look over criminal affairs and so on.
This council must ensure justice happens and must uide the king to the correct path instead of agreeing with him the the minister in the story
It should be wise and able to handle their responsibilities.
It should look out for the people
Certain heads which deal with the common people shoudl be chosen by the people. Like, the haed of criminal affairs but not the head of the army
Propose laws and oversee reforms
Review complaints and recommendations from the public
There should be a proper system of justice instead of taking the King's word as the final order
The justice court must investigate each case thouroughly
They must make sure only a guilty person is punished
If the king passes wrong judgement, they have the right to change his orders and give fair orders but they must have evidence and proofs to back them up.
The head should be elected by the people
The punishment must fit the crime
The pricing of items shuld be fair and according to supply and demand
This gives the people freedom. Under the foolish king, they could only charge a dudda for everything
The king is accontable for his decisons.
This way the public can question any of his actions and it will force hime to think twice before initiating an action or passing judgement
People may choose any profession which they would like to practice
Scientific advancement must be explored
All incventions must be for public benefit
Experiments affecting certain people must be approved by them in a formal contract
The environment should not be harmed due to any invention or experiment
