Pros: Lower cost to students, leasing payments help with repair and relacements, gives students greater access oppertunites, smaller long- term cost
Considerations: high initial cost, student abuse, require a certain level of infrastructure
Computer Labs

Considerations: need to have projects based around concentrated lab use time, may not always be availble, need to narrow the focus of lab time

struggle to navigate digital work environments, not actively seeking new tools and opportunites, pefer work in an "analog" format
How to Grow: be proactive, have a positve attitude, seek professional develpment oppertunities, allow students (digital natives) to lead tech use in the classroom, a no fear of failure policy, seek help from colleagues, social media

This includes most students today because they grew up surrounded by tech, they adapt quickly, feel comfortable in the digital space and enjoy new tech discoveries
