Critical thinking: using what you already know and knowledge you are given to come up with a conclusion or problem-solve
I believe that anyone can build towards characteristics of a genius, but I'm not sure that anyone can be a genius. I think everyone has the potential to and may already possess some skills and characteristics of a genius, but to become a genius/mastermind, that individual would have to spend a considerable amount of time honing in on and sharpening various skills.
