- - - - Activity: Observation activity. We will do an experiment to see how sugar cubes are affected by water. The water will be colored in different food colorings to observe how the cubes absorb the colorful water and then dissolve.

        Match the items:
        Learners will be given different food items.
        Match the items, learners will match the items that come from plants and separate them, from items that do not come from plants. This will apply the comparison aspect of and inquiry based activity.
- - - - Activity: Allow learners to identify different natural materials from the earth, then linking this to a item that has been processed. Do this using an I spy game, using pictures.
  - - - Activity: Make a timeline, picture timeline of how clay brickmaking has changed over time.
- - - - Activity: Learners make a puzzle they designed in topic 1 (a puzzle was concluded in subtopic topic one).
  - - - Activity: Learners investigate different educational items that are small enough to use in a classroom, learners conclude and design two items in a drawing.
