we were not taught how to use our brain, which is why we struggle
ppl learn helplessness, by going through a bad experience, and creating a belief that limits them forever. view as potential, not limit
negative emotions, put us in survival, to where "well at least" and you dont get shit done
uncompleted tasks creates tension that keeps the task in our mind until it is finished. add procrastination to this, and it creates unhealthy thinking patterns
the reason we dont know how to study, or focus, or be efficient, is because we were never taught
usually we memorize things through rote exercise. takes too much time and effort and doesnt work well

4 unconscious competence, where you can use skills so naturally, that you dont have to actively try, its just natural and second nature
