Countable and uncountable
there are 2 type of nouns: countable, uncountable.
countable nouns:
have singolar and plural form
books
batteries
those names are like something that you can count for example:
battery
book
uncountable nouns:
have only singolar form
those names are names of things that you cant count.
example:
butter
milk
those names can be "countable" in the moment when you put another name that can give a quantity at the name.
Example:
a CUP of milk
there are also names used for uncountable
quantity:
any
it's used for negative and interrogative questions
some
it's used for affermative sentence
are used for little quantity
Those names are usually used before an uncountable nouns.
