Define Objectives and Scope
Identify the security components to be reviewed: CCTV, PA (Public Address), Fire, and Intrusion systems. Determine the survey’s goals, collection floorplans, SOW, project documentation, etc.
Wachter Project Manager:
Oversees the process, ensures alignment with project goals, and liaises with stakeholders.
GDH Consulting Team Members:
Conduct data pulls, and collection effort. Assisting with survey assignments, and support for survey efforts.
Third-Party Designers:
Performs "Design at the Desk" to place components in the proper location to develp an initial design to be validated by walkthroughs.
