Should a test in school be able to measure a students intelligence (no)
Topic 1 Different skill sets
Being good at core subjects does not mean you are particularly smart in other areas of life :smirk_cat:
Not being good at specific subjects (core) does not mean you're "Stupid" :pouting_cat:
School will not always acknowledge different skill sets
Topic 3 School does not teach very many life skills that people may forget quickly
Crappy memory
Since we are simply still kids paying attention to something that is presented on how it was for many many years may not come off as very appealing
School does not teach you life skills that you may actually need to know in real life
Topic 2 Outside factors
Outside factors such as stress, or issues at home may effect your test performance :pensive:
You may be busy with other activities outside of school which can also affect your performance by affecting your study time and the energy you may have to be at school every day or almost everyday
The teacher may simply not be good. That is not something you can control
Introduction
"have you ever failed a test or done bad on one?" (hook)
Quote (I'll figure it out later " :smirk_cat:)
Thesis A test in school should not be used to measure a students intelligence and should only or mostly represent how much they learned
School system has not really changed in years? Classrooms look mostly the same as they did years ago despite schools saying they're going to make big changes
A test cannot measure someones intelligence it can only show how much you learned. An IQ test may be different.
School system pt 2: Schools still look quite similar to what they looked like in the past. There are still boards but they're smart boards instead of chalk boards. Desk are still sometimes lined up in rows but you could say school looks more modern and nothing else (I needed to get more points :sob:)
School system pt 3: Outdated school system????? No no help specific learning styles
Conclusion: After lot of yap: "In Conclusion a test should not represent how smart a student is."
Random points  :Subjects like social or science are mostly just how much you can remember instead of having much to do with intelligence(I still do horribly). Unlike math you can't exactly say someone is not smart they probably just have a worse memory or did not study or prepare
Bsfr smart people do bad on tests sometimes
grah :smirk_cat:
Please give good mark I give you lotta emoji :pensive:
