Should we use animals for scientific tests
Animal testing is a way to develop drugs to treat diseases using animals
Animal testing is used in China, Japan, United States, Canada, Australia, South Korea, United Kingdom, Brazil, Germany and France.
Animals should not be for scientific tests because it could be very dangerous to the animal , they could suffer during these tests and if it goes wrong because animals have different parts that could not effect them but could effect us.
Hook
92% of experimental drugs that are safe and effective in an animal, failed in human clinical trials because they are to dangerous or don't work.
about 92.2 billion land animals have died from these experiments.
Every year in the United States over 110 million animals are burned, crippled, poisoned, and abused.
This started in 500 BC
They started this because it was to get a theoretical study of nature
This came from ancient Egypt and Greece.
1st argument:It is bad to do animal testing because animals could get cured from a disease but humans don’t because we have different parts
92% of drugs don't work
If there is a serious issue that they can't tell you about
many animals have been cured but not humans
2nd argument: It could cause suffering to the animal
They suffer for no reason
If there was something bad in the test then there is no way to help the animal
They could die if they don't do it properly
3rd argument: Animal testing is dangerous to humans and animals
Animals could be very depressed and suffer a lot of pain
Since we used animals for the test they might be more used to the substance then we are. But it still doesn't mean there are side affects. And to get that animal to that point it probably traumatized them from all the drugs they used to get them here.
animals might be fine with it but humans could get harmed from all the toxicity
