It would set a baseline for a wadge so that employers couldn't rip off their Employies.
It would help to improve peoples moral and motavation to work. By having higher wadges which can lead to job satisfaction a more productivity.

It sets an idea for what is considered fair for what types of job then giving an idea of a payment for others.

The ripple affect would also help us who do not have a federal Minimum wadge.

The only reason that the minimum wadge rises is because of the cost of inflations and the economy so if that were to stop riseing so would the minimum wadge. .

By not paying by just Experience or by just the wadge.
By lowering the gap between the low and High earners It would do this by haveing the wadge over time, rise and eventually rise eunough to the point where it would be giveing away too much money to the high earner, so then they would have to lower it to be the same.
By Addressing the gender and age wage gap.
