Preparation Before the Interview

Conducting the Interview
Ask open-ended questions to gather meaningful responses (e.g., using the STAR method: Situation, Task, Action, Result).
Actively listen and take notes.
Assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
If needed, administer job-related tests or simulations.
Post-Interview Evaluation
Evaluate the candidate based on pre-defined criteria.
Compare candidates and discuss with other interviewers if applicable.
Notify all candidates of the outcome—both selected and not selected.
