IDOA send it to Catholic Charity as per ZIP CODE ( Area 1 and Area 3) - Follow up is also done by us - ETA - 2 Weeks
Step 4
Once approval is received -
1.They send client agreement ( No. of hours to be serviced is mentioned)
2.Plan of care
- DON(Determination of Need)
- DOC(Documentation)
- CAN ( Case action notice) is sent
After approval is sent, they give us 15 days to find a worker
Training

Worker should have High school diploma/Experience letter
TB Test ( Might be mandatory as of now)
At least 3 references
Should have valid US ID(With work authorization)
Fingerprint and background check is mandatory(as per IDPH )
In our paperwork we should mention that - THERE IS NO GUARANTEE FOR WORK
We should procure training materials
Every quarter workers will have certifications
We might have to procure the resources/materials/websites
Staff

Supervisors - ideally should be able to drive - Supervisor has to check a client(client visit) at least 4 times year(unannounced/surprised) visits for preferred family member and 2 times a year for trained workers
We need at least 1 supervisor - Full time
