5.4 PLANNING
5.4.1 QUALITY OBJECTIVES
Top management must define measurable quality objectives that align with the quality policy and product requirements.
5.4.2 QMS PLANNING
QMS planning must ensure goals are met and the system remains effective, even during changes.
5.5 RESPONSIBILITY, AUTHORITY & COMMUNICATION

A manager must be assigned to ensure the QMS is implemented, maintained, reviewed for improvement, and that everyone understands customer needs.
The organization must have clear communication processes to share information about the QMS and its performance.
5.6 MANAGEMENT REVIEW
Regular QMS Review:
Top management must review the QMS regularly to ensure it is suitable, effective, and up to date. These reviews must be documented.
What to Review:
The review should consider audit results, customer feedback, product and process performance, corrective actions, past reviews, changes affecting the QMS, and improvement suggestions.
What Comes Out of the Review:
The review should result in decisions and actions to improve the QMS, products, and resource planning.

✔ Focus on areas like customer satisfaction, product conformity, process trends, and supplier performance.
