boys primary: internal reproductive structure's, sperm production, penis and testicals boys secondary: facial and body hair, voice deepening, muscle growth, broader shoulders, enlargment of the adams apple, skin changes, increase body odour.
female primary: ovaries, uterus, vagina, fallopian tubes, external genetalia Female secondary: breast development, widening of hips, body fat distribution, pubic hair, skin changes, mentrual cycle, higher voice
early adulthood (19-45)
physical strength peaks, pregnancy and lactation occurs, perimenopause - oestrogen levels decrease, causing the ovaries to stop producing an egg each month causing physical and emotional symptoms, including hot flushes, night sweats, mood swings, loss of libido and vaginal dryness.
