Advantage: Quick energy boost.Disadvantage: High in sugar and fat.: Few; maybe B1 from flour.

Advantage: Source of calcium (if dairy).Disadvantage: High in sugar and fat.Vitamins: A, D (from milk).

Advantage: High in protein and iron (from meat).Disadvantage: Often high in saturated fat, sodium, and processed ingredients.Vitamins: B12, B3, B6, Iron, Zinc.
