reproduction and development
reproduction and hormones
reproduction is the process by which new organisms are produced.
reproduction cells of humans are called gametes
male gametes are call sperm
female gametes are called ova
fertilization is when a sperm cell joins a egg
once this happens it is called a zygote
contains genetic information from egg and sperm and is the start of a new human
the male reproduction system
sperm is formed in the testis and is put into a sperm duct and mature where next it goes out of the penis into the female reproduction system
the testis also produce testostrone
this helps the sperms cell go from round cells to ore slender one that can swim through a substance called semen
the female reproductive system
the female reproduction system contains two overaies , this is where the ova or eggs grow and mature.
once eggs are mature eggs go into falipian tubes which connect the overies to the uteurus
the menstrual cycle take about 28 days and has 3 parts
the first part eggs mature and thinking on the uterus leaves
the second part egg leave the ovaries and lining on uterus thickins
the third part the unfertilized eggs leave the uterus and so does the lining in the uterus restarting the cycle.
human development
after a zygote reaches embryo the embryos next stage of development is the fetus the last stage before birth
after born the first stage of life is infancy
during this musclercular and nervous sytems develop to allow walking
to the the age of 12 the skeletal system countinoes to develop and so does the lymphatic system
adolscene is after child hood during this the muscular system and the skleteal system and other organs grow and the reproductive system of both gener mature this is called puberty
