Syn jumps straight into the fight, running in low, flanking the beast and striking at it's underbelly.
The beast shrieks out in pain, before reaching under itself, grabbing Syn, and flinging her into a rock, knocking her unconscious.

After the beast is defeated, the crew explores the factory and discovers the Protomic bombs.
Investigation check = they are potentially capable of destroying continents, or perhaps something larger.
They hear a voice, congratulating them on making it this far. He says vaguely hints at knowing the king and being unhappy with his rule. Perception/Arcana reveals invisibility magic.
After destroying the factory, you hear his voice again as he tells you to look for King Wroth in the northern temple, but to be wary of his tricks.
Sneak through the forest, make their way to the ziggurat.
Upon touching the jade steps, you hear the king's voice weakly in your head "please, help me. I can't control it, please..."
The entrance leads into the first chamber.

All large crystals unlock the door to the stairway. [DARK] While descending, Wreth shows up again, this time checking in with the party and asking what their intentions are. Agrees that King Wroth needs to go.
Lore dumps that males are rare, but usually tracked down and killed so they don't pose a threat. He's been hiding out looking for a chance to kill his father.
He disappears before you enter the next level.
