Maxillary nerve (V2)
Zygomatic nerve Innervates- cheek, upper lip, lower eyelid, maxillary sinus, nasal cavity,roof of mouth, and teeth on MAX. jaw
Zygomaticofacial nerve Innervates- skin of the cheek, zygomatic bone and orbit
Zygomaticotemporal nerve Innervates- temporal region, and zygomatic bone
Infraorbital Nerve Innervates- upper lip, medial part of the cheek, side of nose, & lower eyelid

Middle superior alveolar nerve Innervates- Maxillary premolars and the mesiobuccal root of the max. 1st molar and buccal periodontium/gingiva in one max. quadrant
Posterior superior alveolar nerve Innervates**- Max. molars, maxillary sinus in one maxillary quadrant
Greater & Lesser palatine nerves Innervates- Posterior hard palate, gingiva of the max. posterior teeth (2nd or 3rd molars)

Opthalmic Nerve (V1) Innervates- cornea, conjunctiva, eyeball, orbit, forehead, ethmodial and frontal sinus and parts of nasal cavity & nose
Frontal nerve innervates- sensation to forehead, upper eyelid and scalp

Nasociliary nerve innervates- nasal cavity, parts of eyelid, cornea
Mandibular nerve (V3)
Anterior Trunk
Buccal Nerve Innervates- cheek, buccal mucosa, mandb. molars in one quadrant
Muscular Branches Innervates- external ear, scalp, and TMJ
Posterior Trunk
Auriculotemporal nerve Innervates- external ear,scalp, and TMJ
Inferior alveolar nerve innervates- mandb. teeth, gingiva of mandb. anterior teeth/premolars, labial mucosa

Mental nerve Innervates- chin, lower lip, and. labial mucosa, facial periodontium & gingiva of the mandibular anterior teeth/premolars to the midline in one mandb. quadrant
Incisive nerve Innervates- mandb. anterior teeth, and premolars and facial periodontium/ gingiva to the midline in one mandb. quadrant
Lingual nerve innervates- anterior 2/3 of the tongue, floor of the mouth, and lingual gingiva of mandible
