Step 1: Check change order validity and confirm rates are based on Unit Rates agreed on in the subcontract. Confirm if activity included make sense.
Step 4: Once Drafts are created in CCO. PM reviews it and circulates for signatures internally and with subcontractor (CEO, PM and Subcontractor)

Transmittals
Step 1: Get Owner Rep Approval to release the Construction Change to the trades. Owner Rep reviews the Construction Change (ASI - Architectural Site Instruction) to ensure there are no cost implications due to the changes the A/E has made to the plans
Step 2: Review the Construction Change and understand what has changed and which trades needs to be notified. Update the A/E for any missed information.
Step 3: Release to the trades using Procore > Transmittal Tab > Create Button > Fill the information (Trades Emails) > Upload Plans & Narrative > Write a note describing the attachment, Due Date to Reply for any cost/delay impacts
