        I just figured out how to use it with trial and error
        
        After going through Intro Segment, I realised there is an actual term to it. And it is an everyday phenomenon.
        
        I felt relieved that one part of this ambiguity was gone

        I was able to formulate ideas beyond the practical scope
        
        I was able to loosen my ironclad grip on realism and practicality
      - This taught me a lot about how to get ideas to flourish instead of killing it straight out the bat
- - - - To my parents (who became my user) also didnt really see much issues
      - This is because we both feel it is a mundane task
        
        That can be completed or perfected with trial and error
        
        Which can just be over and done with
      - Friends in similar age group agree as well
    - - Putting out the bamboo sticks for cloth drying
        
        Bring the bamboo sticks back in
        
        Gripping the bamboo sticks become difficult
      - Washing machine buttons
      - How much of which washing chemicals to use
  - - - That allowed me to see the whole process of doing laundry (from their POV) with scrutiny

        I realised that as designers or engineers or makers
        
        We tend to make assumptions...
        
        Assumptions that stem from the viewpoint that we are the users
        
        We don't or aren't really able to put our ownselves into someone else's shoes
        
        THE BIGGEST THING IS THAT:
        
        We tend to impose our view of the stereotypical issues commonly faced by similar users onto our own users
        
        This distances us from our users
