Act as a secondary spokesperson for the event, supporting Ameer (my group member) who's our primary ambassador, in public presentations.
Coordinate with key contacts, such as the campus clinic and potential healthcare training partners.
Oversee and manage documentation, ensuring all sections are completed and reviewed.
How does your role fit in the project?
My role ensures timely completion and accuracy of essential proposal documents and communication.
I conduct the primary research needed to develop and support our project plan.
Responsibilities and Tasks
1.) Provide details on each task and how it relates to the proposal’s objectives?
Reaching out to Key Contacts
Reach out to healthcare institutions to request trainer fee estimates and assess affordability.
Coordinate with the CIIT clinic to understand current first-aid practices.
Contact potential healthcare partners to discuss training costs.

2.) What challenges do you anticipate in completing your tasks?
Managing high trainer costs and seeking affordable training partners.
My approach to this will be to explore funding sources for my event such as:

Potential Support from the local barangay
Ensuring team members stay on track amid their busy schedules.
How to gain participants for this event?
Since I'm a leader, I suppose I oversee how this event will become popular. Now in order to do that I can either do social media campaigns for my event.

Gain experience
