        ADDIE
        
        The ADDIE Model is a step by step guide for creating learning experiences. It has five phases: Analyze (understand the learning needs), Design (plan what to teach), Develop (create the materials), Implement (deliver the lesson), and Evaluate (check how well it worked). Each phase can be repeated to improve the learning program. ADDIE helps designers create effective lessons and training, whether in a classroom, online, or in a company setting.         Bloom's Taxonomy is a way to organize learning into six levels, from basic to more complex thinking. The levels are: Remember (remembering facts), Understand(understanding ideas), Apply (using knowledge), Analyze (breaking down information), Evaluate (creating something new), and Create (judging the value of ideas). This model helps teachers to plan lessons that move students from simple facts to higher level thinking, like solving problems or creating new ideas. (Anderson & Krathwohl, 2001)
        
        ALBERT BANDURA'S SOCIAL LEARNING THEORY
        
        Bandura’s Social Learning Theory explains that people learn by watching others and copying their actions. The key ideas are: Attention (focus on the model), Retention (remember the behavior), Reproduction (be able to copy it), and Motivation (wanting to copy based on rewards). Social Learning shows that learners can gain skills by observing role models, whether in person or in media. This theory encourages teaching through observation, practice, and feedback, which helps learners copy successful behaviors. (DH Schunk, 2012)

- - - - Analyze Learners: Teachers need to know who their students are and what they need. This means looking at their age, background knowledge, learning styles, and any special needs.
        Example: A teacher is preparing a lesson for a group of B1 level English learners. The class has a mix of visual learners who enjoy videos and hands-on learners who benefit from interactive activities.
        
        State Objectives: Teachers set clear learning goals using the ABCD method: Audience: The students Behavior: What they will be able to do Condition: How they will do it Degree: How well they should do it
        Example: "After listening to a short podcast (Condition), students (Audience) will be able to write (Behavior) a summary of the main points using at least 5 complete sentences (Degree)."
        
        Select Methods, Media, and Materials: The teacher chooses teaching methods and materials that fit the objectives and the students' learning styles.
        Example: For a lesson on past tense storytelling, teacher selects:
        Method: Group storytelling and individual practice.
        Media: A video clip with subtitles showing a story in the past tense.
        Materials: Worksheets with exercises and pictures.
        
        Utilize Media and Materials: The teacher plans how to use the selected resources during the lesson. This includes preparing and testing the materials.
        Example: The teacher checks the video to ensure the language is appropriate and relevant. During the lesson, they play the video and pause at key moments to explain vocabulary and ask questions.
        
        Require Learner Participation: The lesson should involve students actively through speaking, writing, or group work.
        Example: After watching the video, students work in pairs to write their own short story in the past tense, using the new vocabulary and grammar they learned.
        
        Evaluate and Revise: Teacher checks if students met the learning objectives and thinks about what could be improved for next time.
        Example: The teacher collects the written stories and provides feedback on grammar and vocabulary. If most of the students made the same grammar mistake, teacher plans to review that point in the next lesson.
