world definition of health a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity
my definition of health it is having good sleep good diet and a good mind and have a over all healthy body
mallow's hierarchy of needs is what every person needs to keep them motivated to satisfy there needs.
what is stress it is a feeling that some people before they have to do something big or have to get ready for like a test and its a feeling that makes them over think but it also is good to have stress
sympathetic is about the flight or fight and what a person might have when they are put in a stress full situation for different people there is a lot of ways that they could be in a stress full situation suchs as in a crowd of people or joing a new school or a job
what benchmarks for health is what the stander of health and what is the best for health and how it is good for health it would be what is the best over all for the humans body to be over all fit and what is cornered to be as fit such as things like your heart beat, wight, size, stress leaves
some more points on how someone could tell if they are health is to see if that they are getting the right food and the right amount of sleep and also trying to keep stress levels down some of the ways that you can start to eat health is to try to cut out soda.you also also try to eat at least 3 meals a day and make sure that they have balances amount of nutrition. getting a better sleep patterns will help in the long run so that you are also not so tried ever day. away to keep stress leaves down is to go outside for a bit or step away from devices for a bit.
there are more things then sleep and dite and stress that are factors in physical health to be able to have a health mind such as depression,Anxiety and Fear these things could have an impact on someones mental health witch is apart of over all health. how people can deal with this and work on it is to try to talk to someone about what is going on and what they are felling. it always good to be able to talk to people about these things to be able to relive stress.
how some of these factors relate to my health and how i can work on my health is that i need to get better sleep and get a better dite. i know my self that i do not get good sleep such as staying up late and not getting enough sleep. i also need to make sure that I eat more. stress and anxiety are also 2 big rolls that infect my health such as it being hard to talk and work with others and able to ask for help when need.
how i would aplle these things to me to be abel to be able to be health is that i need to get better sleep how i can do this is trying to go to bed at 11:30 i also need to trun off my devices before i sleep. i also need to try to eat more and eat even when the food is bad or if i am not hungry. i should try to get outside more and walk around so i get some kind of movement it would also be good for me to try to talk to teachers about how i am feeling and what is going on if i am feeling so stress. doing these thing could improve my health over time.

BMI is body mass index what it is how much body fat that someone would have deeding on there hight and wight if we where to see if i am over wight we would have to do wight in lbs divvied hight in meters and we would get that i would have a BMI of 8.8 and would be way under the wight of consider a healthy BMI
in order to get BMI i would want to look at things that i do not have much of in my life i would have to make a plan on what i can work to get there what i would first do to be able to get a and better body and health both physical and mental i would fist start off by drinking more water and getting better sleep i would also try to put my self on a dite where i could eat better foods like fruits and vegetables also try to eat more meals like dinner and breakfast and lunch and not skip it i would also need to get more outdoor time like trying to go to the gym or playing football and trying to just go out for a bit to get fresh air. to try to get a bettet mind i would want to do more school work and get caught
there are 5 main food groups that you could eat to be abel to get more of a health body the 5 groups are vegetable's, grains, furits, protein, and dairy these are food that i would look at if i wanted to try to get to better heath.
what metal health is over all good wellbeing but it would have 3 things that would help to have a good over all wellbeing and they are emotional , social and psycholcoical it is very import part of over all heath and with out it could effect someone on how social they are and how they feel and how they act.

what this means is that my blood Pures is slightly rasied witch is ok. it also shows that it is not to high or to low but it would be better to try to lower it.
for the warick mental health test i got a 27 what this means is that it is very poor and that i do not have good mental health this is not good the avrage to have a good mental health is that you a score of 48-51
mental health is emotional, psychological, and social well-being these thing's could effect how someone might feel, behave or think. someone with an over all good mental health makes it easier for them to deal with challenges that might be in there way, they also are able to get work done.what social wellbeing is how someones able to keep and hold a relationship it also shows how someone might think if they belong in a group. it facet effects how someone is able to talk to others and there senses of purpose.
some things that are a big impact on someones mental health and social wellbeing is belonging, good commutiont, ecericeis,healthy dite, good sleep, strees comtorl, work-life blance.
