IHCA PROCESSES:
- PLAN together, creating unique plan for initial and subsequent certification
- PREPARE off-site review of your self-assessment, policies and procedures to ensure you are ready for your on-site assessment
- ASSESS Observation of business operations and service delivery and interviews with staff and service users to assess performance in relation to the standard
- FINDINGS Lead Assessor will advise on corrective actions and timeframes required. if any.
- REPORT Following on-site assessment, a quality audit report with detailed evidence and findings is supplied
- CERTIFY Upon approval, a certificate is issued that confirm the conformance to the standard. Periodic audits follow over the next two years.
