Design utilizes the findings obtained during the analysis phase to devise a plan for creating the instructional course. In this stage, you carefully plan the methods to achieve the instructional objectives established in the analysis phase and further expand the instructional foundation development. This phase leverages the groundwork laid in both the analysis and design phases. In this stage, you breathe life into your storyboards by beginning to craft the courses. Growth mainly focuses on creating the training course using chosen learning authoring tools. Whereas, implementation involves sharing and delivering the course content to students. This phase should enhance learners' comprehension of the material, aid them in mastering the objectives, and guarantee a smooth transfer of knowledge from the instructional environment to the job evaluation process. This stage assesses how well the training course has performed by determining if the goals set during the initial analysis phase have been met.
