Building healthy habits
Habit Loop:

- Start with one small habit, and do it every day.
- Keep following this loop, and your habit will grow stronger!

- Pick something simple, like reading after breakfast.
- Small habits together can help you grow and reach your goals!
Micro-Habits:
- Micro-habits are tiny actions that are easy to do every day.
- Start with something small, like drinking water in the morning.
- Little by little, micro-habits can help you build big changes!
Keysnote Habit:
- Keynote habits are important actions that help you start your day right.
- Pick one good habit, like making your bed every morning.
- When you do your keynote habit, it helps you feel ready for anything!
Cue:
- A cue is a signal that reminds you to start a habit.
- It could be something simple, like your alarm ringing.
- Use cues to help you remember to do your good habits every day!
Routine:
- A routine is something you do regularly, like brushing your teeth.
- Having a good routine helps you stay organized and feel good.
- When you follow a routine, it makes your day easier and more fun!
Habit Tracker:

Mindful- Habit Building:

Identity-Based habits:

- Think of yourself as a healthy person, and start doing healthy things.

Habit temptation:
- Habit temptation is when something tries to pull you away from your good habits.
- Stay strong and remind yourself of your goals to fight temptation.
- When you choose your good habits over temptation, you grow stronger every day!
Visual Cue:
- A visual cue is something you can see that reminds you to do a habit.
- It could be a sticky note or an item that helps you remember.
- Using visual cues makes it easier to remember your good habits every day!
