Circuts
Open Circut
An open circuit is a circuit where the path has been interrupted or "opened" at some point so that current will not flow
Polyphenol Circut
a means of distributing alternating-current (AC) electrical power that utilizes more than one AC phase
Short Circut
sudden flow of a very large current due to direct contact of a live wire and a neutral wire
Parallel Circut
A parallel circuit has two or more paths for current
To flow through
Closed Circut
a circuit without interruption, providing a continuous path through which a current can flow.
Series Circut
any electrically conducting pathway comprising an electric circuit along which the whole current flows through each component
-
AC Circut
A resister, capacitor and an inductor
Series Parallel Circut
The current exits the bottom of the battery splits up to travel through R3 and R4, rejoins, then splits up again to travel through R1 and R2, then rejoin again to return to the top of the battery. : !

Switches
Rotary Switches
Rotary switches are electrical switches that use a rotating mechanism to select and establish connections between different positions or terminals.
Pushbutton Switches
Pushbutton switches are two-position devices actuated with a button that is pressed and released.
Single Pole Switch
single pole switch, characterized by its simplicity, has one input and one output.
-
Toggle Switches -Single Pole similar to their rocker switch counterparts, these switches have a single circuit.
Slide Switches
Slide Switches are mechanical switches that use a sliding
mechanism to make or break a circuit. It is best used for small circuits.
Double Pole Switch
double-pole switch is commonly used in industrial applications, but it can be found in some home wiring systems to control electrie
Motors
-
Stepper Motor
A stepper mottor is a brushless, synchronous electric motor that converts digital pulses into mechanical shaft rotation.
Single Phase Motor uses a single-phase power supply to convert electric energy into mechanical energy
Brushless Dc Motors
Brushless DC motors use the induction of a rotating magnetic field to turn both the stator and rotor at a synchronous speed.
Compound Motor
A synchronous motor is a doubly excited machine, meaning it includes two electrical inputs. In a common three-phase synchronous motor
Dc Motors
A direct current (DC) motor is a type of electric machine that converts electrical energy into mechanical energy.

Resisters
Composition Resistor
Carbon composition resistors (CCR) consist of a solid cylindrical resistive element with embedded wire leads or metal end caps. :
-
Linear Resistor
Linear resistor is one whose resistance doesn't vary with the flow of current through it.
My Paragraph on my technology car project
I plan on using a Double Pole double troll switch for my technology car project because it has 6 inputs being able to connect to both front and back wheels ,
I will also be soldering my piece to be able to connect my custom built controller to my car through my wire ,
I will use 1 motor for the wheels .
In general I'll have a certain amount of things to connect especially to the controller so I can actually physically use the car .
My technology car project will include a Double poll Double troll switch , possibly Composition Resistor and of course a motor for the wheels to actually work and not be for show , if I connect the Double Pole double troll switch to the motor so my wheels will be able to turn because the double pole double troll have enough connections for the motor.
I don't currently know the types of motor , or the exact circuit types but I'll come back and correct this.
