The Battery Park was a serene spot to view the Statue of Liberty without any overcrowding from other tourists.
Our arrival to the Empire State Building was perfectly timed for sunset- the views were serene, and showed the transition from daylight to the vibrant evening glow of the city
The Times Square was fully illuminated when we arrived in the evening and was bustling with energy. We loved experiencing the iconic NYC billboards lighting up the night

Despite the spots being wonderful, we could only spend a bit of time at each location- there was a rushed feeling. They should increase the tour timings
Crowded locations like the Times Square and the Empire State Building was challenging to navigate in

-
It was a bit too pricey despite it being a half-day tour- may prove to be a disincentive for families or low-income households. They should recheck pricings
There were additional expenses for food, drinks and souvenirs- It would've been nice if it were part of the tour package, because it felt less inclusive than expected due to this

Balanced itinerary, which is ideal for first-time visitors wanting a taste of NYC’s most famous hot spots
Slightly high in price and could work on loosening the schedule a bit overall to make some breathing space, but worth it for an efficient and curated experience
