Respected guests have started appearing in the Beehive, the building they'll be using for this year's 3-day conference. Accompanying Heeni for her first bilateral conference with another country is Etera Tāne, a 22 years old man. They had the first session to introduce themselves, discussed past actions, and updated current status. After their 3-hour session, they had lunch break which was used to socialize and build connections with attendees. Heeni recognized Adika as he was surrounded by a group of people. She then approached him as soon as those people went away. They talked and introduced themselves Heeni was called by Etera, who warned her that he had bad vibes from Adika and, as her most trusted advisor, Heeni listened and limited their conversation as to not accidentally spill any important information. Long story short, as the conference went on, Heeni went across New Zealand and Indonesia's transactional financial reports and checked it. To her surprise, there was a minor, but to her seemed significant, difference in the reports submitted. As it was her first conference and she didn't want to cause unwanted problems, she decided to keep silent but talked about it to Elmar during dinner. Noticing Heeni and Elmar's seemlingly serious conversations, Adika approached them and tried to make a small talk, just to have a closer relationship to them. Considering that nothing would happen, Heeni decided to tell Adina about her foundings, thinking he might be able to help and explain the difference. To her surprise, Adika was just as shock when hearing about Heeni's explanation. Adika may be a newcomer to the business and political world, but he is very familiar with how it works, especially after studying a lot by himself. He knows that this small difference can lead to major and significant issues in the future. The three decided to keep it to themselves for now and tried to figure things out as much as possible. The first day of their conference ended as Heeni and Elmer exchanged contact numbers with Adika, previously during their last session of the day, Adika found a women's name that appears in both New Zealand and Indonesia's transactional reports, the only problem is, the women's name was not included in official state.
