Definition of Leadership
"Encouraging and empowering others to follow you, as you set an example worth following." (From Personal Philosophy of Leadership in CML210)
Encouraging - Being alongside of others in ministry, serving with them, leading from within the team
Empowering - Discipling others, helping them to grow so they can posses the same leadership attributes you posses
Follow - Being out in front far enough that you are blazing the trail but close enough that they can still see you.
Set Example - Living out the very thing you are leading others in, making sure to be internally consistent in what you teach
Worth Following - Not just /how/ you lead them, but what you lead them to, should be something of value
