TARGET AUDIENCE
The target audience is Jamal and his colleagues as he needs to be able to access and edit the spreadsheet so he can figure out the prices and who has what car. So he can manage the business easier.
PURPOSE
The purpose of making this spreadsheet is to help Westwood Car Hire (WCH) introduce a new computer system using a spreadsheet software to help manage his business
The HCI will be simple to use as their will be macros allowing the user to click on a button taking them to the page that they need to go to. EG: When someone clicks the Prices button on the homepage it will take them to the prices page so. The homepage will be very simple to navigate as these buttons will be all together.
Following the Organisations style and branding will be simple as the logo will be on the homepage and the background and buttons will be similar colours to the logo so it follows the style
The details of the people who hired the car will all be on the same page in a table with their names going alphabetically so it will be easy to find the person they are looking for. l
There will be a password the user will need to put in to access the spreadsheet and some of the areas will be locked so someone who doesn't have permissions to change something isn't able to.
