the client for this project is Jamal, who has several requirements for the software
Jamal requires somewhere to be able to store details about the customers who have hired a car
he needs an easy to use human computer interface
Jamal also requires a coding system within the spreadsheet that uses data validation
one of the bigger requirements for this software is the ability to do several calculations
to calculate the total number of bookings for each car type that had additional item included in the hire
one calculation is the total income generated from each car hire
the calculations I will use are
COUNTIF
SUM
IF
One requirement to follow the style of the organization by reflecting the logo
the logo for this company is green
I will use a dark lime green
I will use a dark lime green for the back ground
the extra items are charged per hire
additional driver
extra seat
the spreadsheet will have restricted access so only authorized personnel can access the information
it will be password restricted, the password is WCH*25
discount 25% from 3 days onwards
