Climate Factor, Used in degrees and is a line that divides north and south…
Climate Factor

Elevation
The higher you go the colder you are. This concept happens because that the lower you go the closer the air molecules which means the hotter. The higher you go the farther away the air molecules which is colder.
-
The higher up you go the farther apart the air molecules are, less molecules mean that it is colder since there are nothing to trap the heat and keep it not moving. This is happening because land and water is very good at absorbing heat.
wind and air masses.

Cold air is from poles hot air from the equator. They spin because earth spins on its own. Much of the warm air masses came from the over water because land heats up better than water. So when they meet we get rain. When cold air meets hot air it is forced up, because cold air is more dense. The warm air will cool, condense and rain.
The earths equator is spinning at about 1600 kmph it is the faster than any other places. The farther you are from the equator the slower you are spinning.
Ocean currents
If you live near a warm ocean current it will be warm, if you live near a cold ocean current you will be cold
-
Ocean currents are massive flows of water, 90% of the world's currents are cold currents. Cold currents come from the poles and the warm currents come from the equator. Ocean currents are an energy distribution system. They move in a circular pattern because the earth is spinning.
Bodies of water
This could mean that the water might still be hot in a cold day due to the heat stored which could keep the place a nice mild region.
-
Large lakes and oceans are very good at absorbing and holding heat energy. This means all summer the oceans and lakes are absorbing and holding heat.
It will take a very long time for the lakes temperature to change in a exaggerating way. So all summer the lake could cool the temperature down to a 25 to 26 degrees celcius.
Mountain barrier
A mountain range like the Rockies can create a giant wall to stop and block the winds. Water moist air up because the closer it is to the water the more heat and water vapor it takes. The mountains forces it up which could cool and condensed. The warm air cools and condense which could create precipitation which is the amount of rainfall. This happens so on side has a lot of precipitation but the other might be so dry like a desert because the air squeezes together which could make the place warmer.
This could affect precipitation of areas which creates different climates areas. Which could make it from the Savannah areas to the tropical rainforests.
