that means identify and choosing which of my many potential i want to be and doing it now
the limited time concept means using the fact of your own death as a motivator to have a better life
Fallacy : limited time is not the same as stop and smell the roses
you need to make every action double dutty
it most be the same kind action where you have a long futur or a short one
every act must be both present and futur : what ever amount of time there is you are always aware that your time is limited
