Main Types of bullying.
Verbal

Verbal bullying is repeated slandering, ridiculing, or maligning of a person or persons, addressing abusive and offensive remarks to a person or persons in a sustained or repeated manner.
Disability
For having a disability like a wheelchair,cast or crutches people will think that you will be easy to pick on and when people are bullied because they have a disability, it may effect on your everyday activity`s or at school.

But to prevent it from happening report cyberbullies to your internet service provider, mobile phone provider. Consider changing your phone number if the bullying is by text or phone call, and keep the new one private. Protect all your passwords and password protect your phone.
Someone could be sending, posting, or sharing negative, harmful, false, or mean content about someone else.

Relational bullying is a hidden type of aggression or hostile situation where people harm "others through purposeful manipulation and damaging their relationship.
Emotional and Mental Health:Is how bullying affects the mental well being of people. This can include anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and even suicidal thoughts, witch is bad.
You can focus on how these effects manifest in different age groups or settings, like school or working bullying.
Long-Term Effects: Bullying doesn't just end when the bullying stops.
Many individuals carry the scars of bullying well into adulthood. Discuss how childhood bullying can shape future relationships, career choices, and personal self-worth.
