The candies in the jelly category have the same process as the drageed ones except that gelatin is put in them and not wax and let them dr(y inthe open air for one to two days.

For aerated dough candies it is the same process as for drageed candies.
For aerated doughcandies, air is added to the preparation which once dried are coloured and sweet.

Finally the candies dry in tanks mixed with Carnova wax.
