        reactive lymph: also called reactive, transformed, variant, atypical.
      - Primary organs: thymus for T and BM for B. Lymph also called virgin lymph, and antigen independent. (not meet antigen).
      - secondary organs: antigen depend (meet antigen). Spleen, lymph nodes, peypers patches of GI tract, tonsils.
      - 95% in lymph nodes and spleen. 5% in blood.

        Affects all leukocytes, characterized by decreases nuclear segmentation and distinctive coarse chromatin clumping pattern. It is still normal cellular function. And phagocytosis works. harmless, congenital condition
        
        Pseudo pelger Heut anomaly: typically an acquired indicator of underlying disease or treatment-related changes.
      - Granulation and reilly bodioes r/t mucopolysaccharidosis. Characterized by Incompletely digested mucopolysaccharids that accumluate on lysosomes and appear as dark, prominent, coarse cytoplasmic granules, in granulocyets (Monocytes and lymphocytes less). Inclusions are seen in cells of the BM. Leukocytes have normal functions.
      - Dense large azurophilic granules uniformly distributed they cytoplasm of leukocytes. Deposition of mucopolysaccharides in the cytoplam, thus prominent skeletal abnormalities. No Dohle bodies and vacuoles. (Dohle bodies is RNA made)
